New TDM Map: Bank from CF Europe

So I want to suggest this map to come to CF West for once simple reason. WE NEED MORE TDM MAPS!

This was one of the most played TDM maps at one point in CF Europe and it was actually fun!

The map has top floor and bottom floor and has so many game flows that it deserves it's debut in CF West.

Looks cool, I'd be up for this. Would be extra cool if it could be used as a sort of cops + robbers mode where you'd have to steal stuff from various parts of the map.

This map is indeed super fun, I remember playing it on a MOD event once where everyone smoked the place.. +1 on implementing this map in CF West
