Send Error Report during the loading of the game

Hi everyone,
I just install CF yesterday, I can connect to servers, join a channel, join a lobby, and then, at the end of the loading of the game, CF crashes and it's wroten :Send error report.
Can someone help ?

Which mode and map did this happen in? and how consistent is the issue, have you experienced it at the end of the match again after it occurred the first time?
