Settings changed back all the time

hello, so my Problem is when i try to set any Graphic/Audio etc. It doesnt work, message come: settings saved!..but if i go back to settings it got changed back to default all the Time. I reinstall it to.
I cant play with 800x600 lmao

    What antivirus you are using ?
    Check is game is added to antivirus exception list , also if your antivirus have other option like ransomeware protection - then you should add the game .exe to exceptions.

    Also lauch game as administrator all time .... but if you are login under windows with a guest account - most like you will be required for admin password ...
