Failed to connect to the server [LOADING SCREEN]

Can someone help ? Dont come here to talk to check my internet / antivirus / windows 7 compatiblity or run as admin please. I need a resolution. 08/1/2019 this bug started, 2 hours ago i could join and play idk what happen, i quit to go to dinner now i want to play and the bug shows off again.

Its that a temporary bug or what ? Anyone know please say to me. Thanks.
