Fix ranked random error

This has been going on for to damn long.
Players getting kicked from ranked-games.
And they are unable to join back.

This is really anoying if you're in their team.

you're going 20/7 but it doesnt matter because 2 players of our team got dced.
and you lose points because of this.

Please crossfire fix this..
