Ranked "Within Matching Range" corrupt

Since last patch = Ranked Matches "Within Matching Range" corrupt.

There was never a problem to find enough player within matching range for a ranked match.
Since last patch = NO players will be found within matching range.

There is only the possibility to find Ranked Matches by
= clicking -> COLOR=#2F2F2F][FONT=Segoe UI][SIZE=16px]✔[/SIZE][/FONT][/COLOR "Expand Matching Range".

I tested it multiple times - even when Server are really full = you will not find any games within matching range.
I know that i'm not alone having this issue !
