Error ranked match points

Hello, I love this game , but my big problem is that I play alot of ranked to win like 1pt-3pts per match, It's ok that bug can still fix, but when you start a ranked and you get error for no reason and you lose like 20-30 pts cause of that ,I feel mad about it. I love cf, I'm in this game since 2009-2010, but fix it please. Today I did like 30 ranked, to win 1-2-3 pts, I had 2 errors cause of bugs server. Like all the work for nothing. My name in the game is: Glee.
