Game works rlly bad

Hy everybody , i have a big problem with this game , it doesn't work good , it seems players are moving to fast , i cannot kill them , somethimes it stuck when i shoot, even when i shoot for first i die , i have a good aim but when i shoot players the target dont become red , i die when i get cover after wall , my problem starts from when i buy a new pc an Msi Aegis 3, with Processor I7 3.6 , Nvidia Gtx 1060 6 Gb, 16 gb ram , the pc is rlly good , also i have a monitor from Msi with an 144Mhz , 1 sec response time , my ping is 22 , 20 , 18 always , my old pc also was an I7 3.2 , Nvidia gt 750 , and 8 gb ram and was working rlly well , i always make easy kills the game was just perfect , always got Ace and make a lot off kills , maybe my new pc is to fast for this game or i dont u derstand why it works rlly rlly bad !
