ranked matchmaking

yo i just wanted to ask what is going on with ranked? i cant find a game on my level, all i can do is to put expand matching range and im playing with lowranks. it started yesterday after an update, can you tell me more about this? are you gonna fix it or?

lel dude no one friend cant play ranked, we tried in party , still 2/10 or 3/10. its not problem with balance high ranks.
We know how expand work xD

yep as luka said we are playing ranked for very long time and we know how it works, but since yesterday's update something is wrong, i hope GM's can say something about that

Yep, ranked mm is bugged, noone is doing anything about it...
Now when i was closing to 250 wins cant play anymore... Great stuff....

Hey guys, we're aware that some players are having unexpectedly long wait times / difficulty to queue up into ranked games.

For this, we'd like you guys to send some information to support about this, such as:

What rank are you
Did you try pressing expand matchmaking / did it work if you did
What server are you
What time did you try playing (please note your time zone as well)
When these long wait times started occurring.

Please note, there are other factors that would cause long wait times (like what theshadowro mentioned).

nothing has really changed, i sent infromations to support but im sure the problem is with game not with our equipment or internet connection, ranked was like the only mode most player were playing in but since thursday update we can't find a single game on our ranks

Just try in game without expand.
Ranked ----> Join and u can wait 1hour or more and still 1/10 . Try it!
