"Crossfire error. Error. Do you want to report?" on loading game screen

I just come back to this game to get some fun, when i tried to play a game, i got a error that said "Send error report". Anyone know what i need to do to fix that error? Thanks a lot guys!

I have the same problem...just started playing again after 7 years of being away, (Wish I could get my old profile back!). Some levels work and others ALWAYS, IMMEDIATELY come up with "do you want to report" as soon as the game starts. But other levels like New Egypt work fine. Are my specs on my PC OK?
