CF lag problem

Idk exacly which type of error it is. Is it a test of servers' capacity? I've done a screenshot, when there are more than 200 players (couldn't upload it here, get error all the time) I have never seen so many people online on one channel! It lags so much in any type of matches, people loose connection [(player nickname) has left]. WHOLE CF works very slow (for example: going to the shop takes about 10 sec, joining rooms also takes more time etc., even starting the game!). It's just impossible to play. Is it only a short-time issue?
