Balance mode issue

When I play crossfire, there is no (balance mode) room in (create room) section,nor I see any room for it in (join a room) section. Every balance mode room I see in any channel, it has a silver or golden x mark beside the name of the room, and thus I can't accomplish any event related to that particular mode (which there is by the mean time). Any idea how to deal with this? thanks in advance.
Also I couldn't upload any attachment as if I tried a box appears and says "Error uploading image" like are you serious?!

It doesnt make sence to late join balance since it is a race where all should be at start at the same time. You can join one that hasnt started or create one: the map can be found under TD section.

Ok but even the waiting rooms also have that x marks, and no I can't find it even under TD section

A golden X means you can join now but will be locked once started. Create a room with mode TD. Map first will be Red square, to change click the arrow next to it and scroll till you find balance.
