Post for 2nd time "event 12days of cf 120kill not count"

hello
i post this problem for 2nd time and no one help where support ?
i have problem in last mission "AS A Family" i complete 120 kill 2 time and when i check my progress i saw 0 kill of 120 why this mission rest twice and i didn't receive any crate for this mission
