Update glitch?

The crossfire load play is stuck at downloading i don't know why this is happening this only appeared right after the update came live I tried re downloading it restarting the computer. I don't know what else to do.

only antivirus is Windows defender
internet speed 5g
i don't know how to find out about the first thing

Well i found another glitch now it isn't the stuck at download part but when you enter a room and automatically get an error or when the load in part is full it brings you back into the lobbies and when that isn't bad enough when you get kicked/error-ed out too many times you get removed from the game and, blocking from the game for 50 mins
