Need Help..... i have problem with "a wish comes true" event

when i entered the event page i chose the weapon i need which is shovel (vip) and i wrote down why i deserve it when i finished i clicked "submit"
but nothing happened i tried again and again in different times and like the 9th time i try after like 1-2 hour i entered the event page again and paste what i wrote and clicked submit again
and this time it worked and i didn't chose the weapon i want which is the shovel obsidian (vip) but....instead i chose 500chainsaw lol when i rewrite and submit again it said that i alredy chosed
(mean its done) WTF guys why can't i chose my weapon i really want
