so
if some kid insult other player family should he take block however i cannot report in discord because i don't have high rank in discord
is that mean he can insult as he want or what ?
or insult allowed here ?

if that is still too big then convert the bmp to another format :

open the bmp file with paint programm ( all windows have paint ) - then save as .JPEG - will have a smaller seize and upload will be accepted
