Problem about Account of the European service to the American service

After I transferred my European service account, I logged into the game and found that I didn't have my original account but needed to create a new one. This way, my number is not converted at all. When I log in to my European server, it shows that my account has been converted to American service.
I can't upload photos. The system on my side always shows that the upload failed.
Please help me ,im very sad.
