Error entering the map

I don't understand the error I get after I press Play in the room. Basically, I enter the room, press Play and it starts loading the game. The problem is that the game never actually starts because I get an error. I couldn't upload the printscreen but it appears a message with the title:

"CROSS FIRE ERROR"

And it says :

"Error.
Do you want to report?" (Just like this, with this indentation too)

Then also appears a button to press "OK". It doesn't matter if I press it or not, the game shuts down equally and nothing happens next.

It's the first time this happens to me, I just migrated my account to the new CFWest and I can't play, however I can see all my weapons and items.

Please if someone knows what to do or if ever get this error message send me what to do.
