My ranked got removed

I have a concern about my rank, prior to the accidental ban on many players, my rank has been removed and I am now unranked but before my account was banned it was plat 2 and am wondering if I will get my rank back or not due to the technical issue. Also when I try to play rank or accept an invite from my friends to play rank there is an error that shows on the screen that says " 33926 ". Did anyone else that got the accidental ban have this issue aswell?

    ->> For this, you'll have to submit another ticket (if you didn't already).
