Stop giving returning players the TMP-Gold Black Dragon

Hi everyone,

just a short and simple suggestion I wanted to put up, please stop giving the TMP Gold Black Dragon to returning players, the weapon is too powerful to give out to every single person, and it creates an imbalance within the game, especially in Ranked games and also pubs when every single person in the room has that TMP.
