I bought crates of the blackfriday deals but did not received the bonus like free crates, rose crates and de tiger crates!

On a side note, we have noticed that some people have been purchasing items individually and not as a package. In order to receive these items, you need to reach a certain cart total.

I personally purchared 100k and got the free tickets , crates etc . I also made a 2nd purchare and i bought some more items worth 100k but i didnt get extra 30 tiger crates/10 extra axe rose and +5 free tickets .

You only get the bonus items once.
It is intended that you did not receive them a second time.
