Yes I read it... but I've been trying to recover this freaking account for so many years its pissing me off that I'm only getting bot responses. I fill out all the information. I have access to the original email, creation date, security questions even all the codes I redeemed for ZP. I have all the information... yet its telling me that I don't have the required information. I have all the emails and everyting that tell me all the information so I know its right. Give me my freaking account back omg.
