I cant log in, in an Account maybe from 2010-11

Hello, I would to Log in with a really old Account from 2011 I think, but if I try to Log in I come in the AccountI, but the problem is that my name is "Bousla" and I cant do anything on the Forum, I cant go to My Account or go to my Crossfire Profile what is happend? Can a GM help me to fix this problem?

Here are some screens:

1st Screen shows when I try to go in "My Account"

Do any of these options work:
1) Clear your cache
2) Use a different browser
3) Use incognito browser

Nothing work and I use Chrome, I dont know whats wrong with the Account is.
