HGW stop at step 3

Hi, i have problem with HGW, when i want run game my HGW stop at step 3 and close ;/

I reinstal many time CF and last time i reinstal my windows. Today i update all driver in my PC and clean by antivirus and Windows Defendes Security.

My hgw crash near 2 month ago on Eu.
I actually don't use any antivirus.
I now Have clear Windows with Cf and Mozilla.
I install again Windows without format.
I will chek answear and search unofficial Cf components on my PC.

What antivirus you are using , beside windows defender ?
Did you did a clean windows reinstall (formatting C:\ in the process) or you reinstall windows over the old one ?
