Ribbons bug

So i've just migrated my Cf eu account to CF West and i've logged in to see and learn about stuff . and the ribbons system seems to be either bugged or its me who doesn't get how it works .. like i have some of them done .. weapons collection and whatnot .. yet still its not there !! .. i've got 4 to my account at the moment but i think i should have like about 20 or 15 or something! .. so whats the problem here guys? thanks in advance
