i got a client error

i got a client error name 31_9 4 times after this times i got blocked for 60 minutes its this a joke ?
maybe a bug i put my bags all weapon back to storage after this i become not more this message i put all my weapons back i become this message what is wrong i want play
i cant fix it alone can any help me i want to play -.- i reinstall the game nothing help notice i reinstall cf 2 times first got a error with patcher second with client error nohting help and i deleted the folder from cf na 2 times i want only play
