yes it's very very annoying that's happen to me at lest 5 time or more every game in ranked am gonna call it [ problem ] .

Seems like Server issues such as maybe your ping is high or their ping is high or something along those lines. I doubt it's any sort of cheat unless it's something new but maybe practising your timing of slash to hit in eariler frames may help.

The logic of EVERY SINGLE ONLINE MULTIPLAYER game in this world is that "The high ping has disadvantages" and this is perfect logic because the higher the ping the slower your game gets synchronized , but in crossfire , it seems to be the other way around , my ping is under 30 , but still every headshot to someone with a higher ping than 75 will result as damage ( in most cases 27 , but also 28 , 29 , 33 and 34 ) .

If I was the one lagging , it would be nothing but normal to not be able to get those kills showed in the video .

So I blame the game , not the players , nor the lag , nor the cheats , 100% mechanic's game fault .

the lower ping has advantage of a first, but if you miss, the higher ping will get you because you can't run away from it, as for him you're not even there yet
