Trying to get my old account back

Is there anyway to figure out of I can get my old account back I last played around 2013, I try to recover the account but it says it is unavailable to be recovered so im guessing it was either hacked, or banned around the time I stopped playing, I have access to the email it was under and youtube videos of me playing on the account back in the day, Username was Cody

    First of you need to find out why you can't get it back.
    Also when sending in a ticket to recover make sure you send in ALL the info you have.

    When I go enter my email for lost password it just says this account is unable to be recovered
