Can't Log Into Website

When I go to log into the website, I get a message that says unable to access website, please contact support. I can still log into the game and play but it seems like I got an IP ban for just the website since I can't log into the website off of any accounts and computers in the house. Support tells me they have no idea what's going on.(go figure right) I can log into the website off my phone running off data but not Wi-Fi. Anyone had this happen before?
