I have a communication problem

hello dear gm
actually i have a problem when i open the game i got this Message runtime error r6002 floating point support not loaded and I looked for many solutions And you did it
1.i uninstal Visual C++ Redistributable Packages and instal new one
2. scan all pc by antivirus
3. i setup new windows for my pc
4.format all my hard ****
5.download the game again
i do all of this and nothing happaned this Message stell on my face runtime error r6002 floating point support not loaded
