I cannot open the game.

When i start the game The HGW game watcher starts to count and it arrives to step 13. After that the screen goes down and nothing happen after that. It gives no sign about it if it running or not i use win10.

I had the same problem. For me, when i start the game The HGW game watcher starts to count and it arrives to step 13. After that the a small box on the left side of the screen start to count, nothing happen after that. It gives no sign about it. A minute later, my computer was down, and nothing I can do about it. So I have to force it to shut down. I use win 10 as well, and already re-install the game, but the problem still there.

yes i have same problem , and i use win10 too, but when it arrives to step 13 it close and i get a message says "Failed to execute game client"

Might be the firewall blocking the executable files. You might as well need the game to run as administrator.

I cannot open the game.
