Graphics settings cannot change

cannot change Graphics settings
if i click save or default it always goes back it the old settings so its impossible to change anything

restarted game - deleted and reinstalled does not work
searched up for any fixes nothing comes up
only happends on this game

this only happends on graphics page and not on controls etc

still got the issue and did all the things you suggested but nothing worked

i know someone else had this issue also before like half a year ago or so

got nothing else running then : nvidia - qpad (mouse software) - logitech - steam - battlenet - epicgames - discord - gyazo
pc windows 10 - cpu i7 4790k - gpu 960 4gb msi - 16 gb ram

same here ZOOM sensitivity,sometimes sound but graphics for sure
