Unjustified permanent ban

I logged into Crossfire last night only to be greeted with "Your account has been permanently blocked" message. Since I haven't used any hacks I sent a support ticket asking them to tell me the reason for the ban, and if a replay of me hacking exists that I would like to see it because there's no way it exists. Support replied with what seems like an automated response saying that they couldn't do anything about my request as it pertains to an account that's been permanently blocked.
Which means that, I have a banned account, which I cannot appeal because... it's a banned account? This circular reasoning makes absolutely no sense. You're telling me there's absolutely nothing I can do to get an account I've wasted 7 years on back despite never hacking on it and I can't even be told/shown the reason it was banned for in the first place? If support just acts dismissive towards my request, then where do I go? Who do I turn to?
