Game crashes before i enter error do you want to report

Hello every body

While entering a game in the loading screen, a windows pops out stating "Error, do you want to report error?".
This always happen and i never enter the game, i have tried restarting, changing compatibility settings to different versions of windows and still it does not work
So does any body have an idea how i might solve this issue
Iam windows 10 btw
