Can't even play ranked matches

Every time there's one egyptian cheater on ranked games. will z8 do something about it or not? What's the point of playing ranked games if the possibilites to get a win is 50% , depends if there's a cheater in the room or not? Seriously , fix your anticheat or just inform the rest of us to unistall this game once and forever.
