i cant buy ZP

ive tried like 5 times to buy ap, i cant, and usually i can!
i cant buy zp through razer, i cant buy zp through here, using paypal or through the visa method
what is going on?
ive even checked my bank account, my bank is not blocked and i have money there, and it keeps declining me. pls help me, so i can get that 20k+10k zp before the deal ends.

i already sorted it i bought 30k zp and spent it on crates
