Account is stolen and banned

Hello guys,my account is stolen and banned... i have all account information and csn to improve that acc is mine,but when i sent support tickett to account administration admin told me that account is banned and they cannot recover it me, then i send ticket to crossfire support i told them to unbann my acc but admin told me that i had to sent ticket from original account and if i want acc recover first write a ticket to account administration(i have made it before...)
WHAt Can i do?

Sucks to be you.

what ever happens to your account is your own fault. If it’s stolen and banned, well then it’s game over for you and support will not unban it if you ask them. So, even if you get your account back, you will still not be able to use it.
