CrossFire Random Freeze & Crash
it's been 2 days now the game has been freezing randomly or crashing to desktop randomly without any error messages i seriously hope you take these game issues seriously because these 2 problems need a fix A.S.A.P and by the way the game would also lead to the pc itself freezing sometimes forcing a manual restart even after i shut it down and before anyone saying it might be me and not the game well crossfire is the only game that does that.
no other game does that either online or high Requirements Offline games of 2017 and 2018.

now the game takes infinite loading times loading channel or saving settings i give up , this is the worst game i've ever played it's so full of bugs it beats fallout 3 in a bug competition and by the way it has been like that since that last update the everyone complained it fails to download and we all had to use vpn to download it. and the worst thing is the gms , moderators don't care about that at all they only want money , well geniuses if we can't even play the damn game why will we spend a dime on it ? -

well since u put that way i guess i owe u an apology since i know what kind of a pain programming can be especially if it's a game with 10+ years old rendering engine with all the new graphics and vga cards and their update these days i tried all solutions and nothing worked and on a side note my internet speed gives me 88 ping in game plus there`s something else i want you to know after the recent updates and the one right before fps have dropped bad i used to get from 220 down to 180 now it barely goes above 77 and that random freeze problem came along with the fps drop also i have updates my video card to the latest update and all other games got higher fps to em except for crossfire it got dropped and it freeze too as u know also there are many people who have the same problem but don't speak english so they can't talk here but i'll submit a ticket like you said and i hope that this problem will be solved in the next update i also advice you to recheck the latest updates &the one that many people had trouble downloading because that update is what started these problems with some players like me.
test results are
canada 197 ping download 80 upload 10
uk 122 ping download 100 upload 15
in game ping is 88 in any uk server and 120 to 130 in any other server
and in any download whether torrent or direct my speed is 110/130 and upload is 25/35 -
the only processes running on my pc are idm in tray , amd radeon settings , kaspersky total security (game folder is added to exceptions and to firewall as well) , avg pc tune up , supercopier v 2.2 and the translucent program to make the task bar clear hollow well plus windows processes.

well i already did those steps without closing any programs and the game didn't crash or freeze in game but it sometimes freeze in the ui and i have to restart it so it seems that the problem here is win10 compatibility with the game , you are trying to help me so iam trying to help you as well figure out the issue so you can solve it once and for all and i think the problem is with the game compatibility with windows 10 since i upgraded to win 10 back in 2015 i started having troubles with the game like can't alt tab while in game and crashes and freezes so maybe if some compatibility scripts were in order the game will work better , however after the in game crash and freeze are gone the low fps issue still stands and i think you agree with me that a 1 gb dedicated HD video card should give more than just 80 FPS on a game like CF i played the game on low btw and the FPS never went any higher so i hope that you will look into that. thank you for taking the time to talk to me. cheers

K[illa;n6857529]Well the crashing to desktop without any errors I myself have been getting, Don't know exactly whats causing it but its annoying. The random freezes are you meaning while in game? or while in the UI for storage/settings/lobby/channel?
The random freeze happens on the out game UI while trying to connect to a channel , entering the MP Market , Storage , or item shop , I think it's a windows 10 compatibility issue since i never had these problems back when i used windows 7 before 2015.
