This game has become disgusting! now the problem of the "failed patch download" has come out. I asked the support for help but they do not help me. doing so I lose the 2 events this weekend. I got bored! after many attempts to delete folders, re-install etc. now I delete the game and that's it! unless someone has a solution THAT WORKS!

either you use vpn and try to re-download it..
or you get it from another Pc :S

Hello,
this problem occurred with me too, put i solved it by using VPN. to solve it:
1) Download Hotspotshield from here: https://hotspot-shield.en.softonic.com/
2) install the program
3) run and click on conncet
4) Download the new update
Easy.. have fun
