Random freezing

Hi,
I've come across a weird error every time I play this game since I started again. At random times I get freezes that can cause me to die and also cancel out what I was doing to the begin with (If I was moving forward it and I still hold my "W" button, it will stop me)
I've spoke to my graphics card support and they seem to think that it is the game. My graphics card is quite decent so it shouldn't be that it isn't good enough.

My rig is:
i5 7300HQ 3.5 ghz
8 GB DDR4
GTX 1050i
Just to cancel out that it could possibly be my hardware.
Support were unhelpful, they told me to upgrade my hardware lol.
Hope someone can help
