multi account & game problems

i got some serious problems here first : account problem - this account which i'm posting from got banned about a week ago i didn't open before like 2-3 months and i got back in the game so when i opened i got the return reward great then joined 1 game and in the middle i got server error though it was normal so i opened the game again and log in i found that the account was permanent banned for no reason at all! like srsly what i did wrong i did send like 3-4 tickets and always copy past u found using bot programs and i have never did that .... this problem has happened for me for the second time for my first account made in 2011 late banned in 2014 same problem and account made in 2014 same as this one and banned like a week ago even the game site doesn't tell that i last opened was 2-3 months! which means i didn't even open the game... ik the problem the game is just banning free 2 play players.... and making them just waste all their efforts ...... thats the only explantion to this problem cause 2 account in row is just ..... second problem : about the new patch - every month or every update same problem and i have to redownload the game just why ur doing this ... ik it's not ur fault but try to fix it like just upload the patch note on a different link so if we have a problem we would just download the replace in the game file?! simple ... my network is not like in 2 seconds i would finish downloading the game .... i hope any of the gms care about this topic and don't do copy past or just close it.... fix the issues if u can cause this is just unfair
