Hello, reinstalled on my Windows computer, was before 7, and now 10 and now there is no way to play, gives an error when entering the battle

Your in-game resolution is likely larger than your pc resolution. If you change them to be the same, or for your in-game resolution to be smaller, this will solve this issue. 12% loading is when the game window expands, which is why this error is called at that time. Let me know if this helps you out!
