Okay so yeah I believe that my 12 y.o young bro did a wrong he is 12 y.o come on and he used hacks.. bruh come on I paid more than 9/10k EGP(Egyptian Pound) and my account still banned I made more than one ticket and just got a shitty message to be honest paying money that would help me to buy a car/moto and paying it to support the community for many things and that is what I got in the end? Like seriously I need to get unblock just 1 time guys I am +6 also my acc is Marshall.... Ugh I've had enough I would leave this community forever If they wouldn't unban me tbh.

    As Shadow said, they don't ban the player, they ban the account. Account sharing is against the rules, your brother should not have known your username/password, but not only that, if you spent thousands on it, why would you let your brother on it in the first place?

    All that being said, you can always send a support ticket if you believe the ban was unjust. If the ban was justified, however, and the account was caught hacking, then you will not be unbanned.
