can we start a verifiable hack free independent alliance?

Can the shooters who want to play hack free join or form an alliance where they would all have to use the better hack free methods independent and in addition too existing z8 methods.? For instance any of the punkbuster or other screen shot suggestions that have popped up in forums?

They would have seperate rooms or at least label the pub rooms as part of the alliance and anyone who wasnt"'registered" or "signed up" they would be able to vote out.

The idea would create a more level playing field for those that wish not to hack.

Lets face it, in general if you keep getting slapped around you either start slapping back when youve had enough or you leave. Both scenarios not so good for Z8.
