Seriously it is the best SMG in the game yet...YET...its secondary to the winchester in the crates...i mean wtf.
As i said in my Winchester thread, every crate gun has some sort of advantage over normal guns, even if it is a novelty. Do something to make the winchester at least on par with a shotgun's ability long range. It doesn't even do as much damage as a shotty or shoot as far. -

dude it's not a shotty, it was the most successful Wild West RIFLE. seriously... it's a rifle, so don't QQ and argue lol

Its a rifle without the capabilities of a rifle. When you do more damage with a shotgun long range than a rifle...something is wrong, and when a shotgun shoots further than a rifle...Something is wrong.
yeah it's weird... but that's how it is in every other version of CF, so don't expect it to be changed. -

Its a fun gun and i love messing around with it. The actually capabilities are just w.t.f for what it is supposed to be.

Nah i use a few of my clan m8's tommy guns. And only in scrims so my kill streak hasn't gone above 4 with it
None of ours have since we havn't gotten above a 4v4 since the patch. Everyone's busy with rl thanksgiving stuff.
lol yeah so have I. what clan are you in? also... my highest kill streak with the thompson was 8, and the first time i picked it up i got 5 straight in fortress on top of the roof lol. it just feels great as an SMG. -

lol i wasn't making fun of the kriss xD. i was kidding about the toy part. but imo, the kriss is too easy to use thanks to it's extremely low recoil... the typewriter takes a bit more skill to use effectively -

I totally agree. I don't even own it but the few times I picked it up, I went on killing spree. Best so far : 7 kills on Fortress.
Even at long range it can do wonders. Its accuracy coupled to its rate of fire are deadly. At short range I've already outmatched Kriss several times.
While they are both supposed to fire the same .45 ACP caliber, Kriss feels like you are throwing pebbles to your enemy.

Tommy requires a playing style? With all the shot registration issues and ping issues in CF, Tommy is just ridiculous. -

As others who are active on the forums have seen, I'm strongly opposed to the Thompson. It takes no skill to use, none at all. Winchester ftw. I believe the Mp7 is the best sprayer in the game.
