Kicked from clan

I've been reading the forums about people getting kicked from games, i've took there advice and pubbed with a clan that I thought would be fun, what I didn't know was that people in clans would kick one person if they get mutli kill one time. So preety much, anyone got a clan who won't kick me? :-D?
