Where can i upload my saved replay?

cant find the threat and im so sick and tired off noobs who need to cheat to archieve something online

they ruin the whole game

they should get a life

this guy i saved replay off

hacked so obviously but i cant find where to upload it

+ i think they should give ppl who been caught 2 times cheating a permanent ip ban for this game

maybe then ppl will stop ruining this game
