Adding more RAM wont help with your FPS. I suggest you invest in a new computer or purchase a new graphics card.
I personally have a crap computer and average around 30 FPS in 8v8's.
ran does help alot
i got a 2gb laptop aswell an average 50fps with relatively the same graphics card
its his background processes that are lagging him with 512mb
but i agree you need a new PC
