My video?

Alright i made a vid, watched it, using nothing special i used windows movie maker after i made the video on there i processed it and the quality was horrible it looked like i was lagging in the video, and the vid quality was worse than hypercam, it didn't look like any of my original vids that i made b4 using the same programs, Idk what happened but can someone help, i tried uploading to youtube and it was the same..
