my map...
Just a little model ive been working on when i felt like it. It about 60% done... stil got to do the bottom part, obsticals, and stuff. but the jist of it is there. I personally called it: "Bridge over rising dawn". (but you can call it "Bridge" for ****.) was made for TDM and Elim matches.
heres a few pics of my progress..
I might end up turing the water into grass, and making a small cityscape.. with the ends of the bridge going down into. (not acessible of course)

go ahead and delete my first links in my post then mods. thse pics should work
..and yes i know the textures need work. still trying to figure out this program.
heh i even thought about submitting the finished model once it was done HA..
have to give credit to my friend tho. im modeling this after his idea. -
i know its open right now. but its unfinished. im gona wait till the terrain is complete before i start adding in obsticles.
3d modling take a bit.. =3
and no you cant shoot spawn to spawn, the bridge structure prevents it. ill post another pic to show you so..

it would have to be sniper only, you could only rush with a rifle if you were playing against really bad snipers.

Yeah...not only that...what real bridge do you know of that has massive stone structures ALL the way throughout the middle.....
It's an urban combat game, maps are supposed to be based on real life places, at least.
